Understanding Our Program
By purchasing and enrolling in our coaching program, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions, which govern your participation and access to our training materials.

1. Methodology
Avalon Sunless Beauty by Alietha™ is committed to delivering comprehensive education in spray tanning, ensuring you receive the training necessary to excel in this industry.

2. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from our coaching program. Students are responsible for their business promotion, marketing strategies, and income generation post-training.

3. Licensing
Students must be aware of and comply with local rules and regulations regarding spray tanning services. Please check with your local government for any licensing requirements in your area. This certification is not regulated by state or local government officials, and it is important to note that spray tanning is not FDA-approved. Avalon Sunless Beauty by Alietha™ is not liable for any additional licensing requirements.

4. Access and Changes
While our certification training typically includes lifetime access, we reserve the right to provide a 30-day notice of any changes or discontinuation of the program.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Upon enrollment, students receive immediate online access to our marketing materials, and refunds are not provided.
  • For full-payment students, access is immediate. For payment plans, access is granted after the second payment.
  • If a payment default occurs, online access will be revoked within three days until full payment is received.

6. Gold Package
Students who purchase a course with the Gold Package will receive their equipment and supplies within 1 to 2 weeks after the second payment is made. In case of a payment default, the package will only be shipped after full payment is received.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All training materials are the exclusive property of Avalon Sunless Beauty by Alietha™. These materials are for personal use only and are not to be shared or distributed without permission.

8. No Sharing of Course Content
Students are strictly prohibited from sharing, copying, distributing, or providing any course information—including but not limited to screenshots, screen recordings, notes, videos, photos, and exclusive training tips—to any third party. If you are caught sharing or distributing course content in any form, your access will be immediately revoked without a refund.

9. Redistribution of Calls
Coaching calls and materials are confidential and are not to be shared, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

10. Good Faith
Students are expected to engage in open communication, respect confidentiality, and provide constructive feedback during the coaching program.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must be resolved through the provided dispute resolution process. Students waive the right to dispute charges with their bank and agree to resolve issues directly with Avalon Sunless Beauty by Alietha™

12. Limitation of Liability
Avalon Sunless Beauty by Alietha™ is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. Our liability is limited to the course fee.

13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina, and students consent to this jurisdiction.

14. Responsibility
It is the student's responsibility to be aware of local service regulations, and Avalon Sunless Beauty by Alietha™ is not responsible for additional licensing needs.
